International Desk (Channel TT): Singapore is easing restrictions on lockdowns due to reduced coronary infections. As a result, most of the business centers in the city-state will reopen from Friday, and more business activities will take place. However, cinema halls, bars and nightclubs are currently closed.
Lawrence Wong, one of the leaders in Singapore's Covid-19 resistance and a member of the country's cabinet, said a large number of businesses would open next Friday. However, these business centers will remain open as long as the safe distance rules are in effect.
More than 40,000 people in Singapore have been affected by the corona so far. Of these, 26 died. Besides, more than 30,000 people have recovered. Most of the victims in the country are migrant workers.
